New Sounds from Old Sources

Students of the Intermediate/Advanced Instrumental Music Session Two Workshop, led by the KaraYam ensemble and other international artists, have spent the week learning how to create new music using the old sounds of Yiddish and Greco-Turkish traditional music. The evening holds many surprises in store, as well as the famously exhuberant and warm atmosphere of all Yiddish Summer Weimar final student concerts.
